An elegant beast. That's what it comes to my mind when I'm sipping this wine. A really lovely leather nose that is transformed into a silky & smooth mouth. A wine full of expression. I really love this wine.

Leather and raw hazelnuts some to mind with a nice rich under layer of raspberry fruit. Musty cellar wafts in an out like a memory, while the fruit and rustic leather are more like a breeze. Quietly complex. In the mouth it is fresh and silky with a softness and gentle quality that hints at it's presence without announcing it. Fresh berry fruit, delicate and light with a fine but super thin dusting of tannins at end. Wow, refreshing and alive, with a bit of saddle leather, light minerals, and faded herbs. This is how wine is meant to be made.
