Reseña para Ayala Brut Majeur

Espumoso producido por Ayala en CHAMPAGNE, Francia
  • 17.5 (en 20) by edwardragg Blogger de Vinos

Appearance: attractive gold, strong mousse. Nose: pleasant nose dominated by Pinot Noir fruit and decent autolytic character, i.e. a mix of citrus and redcurrant fruit with yeasty and biscuity aromas. Palate: pretty low dosage that is fairly well-integrated with refreshing high acidity, decent fruit and quite good length. Conclusion: this is a good effort from Ayala and the best non-vintage wine in their range. Acquisition by Bollinger seems to have helped.
